Bade Olotu brings over 25 years of expertise in oil & gas management, with a background in drilling engineering, well delivery, and project management across various international and domestic industries. He has held significant roles at OMV Petrom, Centrica Energy, BP, Shell E & P, and Dunlop Nigeria Plc.
At Alpharetta Oil & Gas Services Worldwide Ltd, Bade serves as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Wells Project Management Services, including drilling, completions, workovers, recompletions, well repairs, and interventions. Previously, he was the Head of Operations & Business Development, where he expanded the company's operational capabilities and market reach.
As the Department Manager Well Delivery at OMV Petrom, Bade managed well delivery teams, ensuring HSE compliance and efficient well design and execution. He was responsible for managing well projects within budget and time constraints and overseeing third-party contractors. He also taught casing design and cementing operations and was the corporate champion for casing drilling technology applications.
Bade held various positions at BP, including Depleted Reservoir Drilling Engineer and Wellsite Leader, where he supervised offshore/onshore drilling, completion, and workover operations, managed drilling contractors, and controlled operational costs.
At Shell E & P, Bade served in various positions, including Senior Drilling Supervisor and Drilling Business Improvement/Cost Engineer, supervising drilling rigs and ensuring cost-effective and efficient well construction.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Bade is committed to enhancing operational standards and continues to drive innovation and efficiency at Alpharetta Oil & Gas Services Worldwide Ltd.

At MSM Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited, Obike serves as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing financial strategies, operational efficiencies, and client relations. Previously, he was a Finance Manager at Vitex Interbiz Agency Ltd, where he managed payment schedules, liaised with major clients like NLNG and SPDC, and supervised financial transactions.
As a Business Manager at Diamond Bank, Obike was responsible for business growth strategies, branch management, and customer investments. He also served as Team Lead for Remedial Assets in the South East Region, focusing on recovering delinquent loans and managing the bank's non-performing loan portfolio.
In his role as a Project Coordinator at Makricky Nigeria Limited, Obike evaluated project materials, liaised with auditors and host communities, and set organizational standards for project execution with clients like NLNG and SPDC.
Obike holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from Abia State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Port Harcourt. Chidochiri Ogbodo brings over 25 years of expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, with a background in environmental engineering and project management across the oil & gas, construction, and aviation industries. He has held significant roles at Jake Riley/Zigma Ltd, Leenok Industries Nigeria Ltd, Bond Global Energy Projects Limited, LK & Associates Group, Caverton Helicopters Limited, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited.
At Jake Riley/Zigma Ltd, Chidochiri serves as an HSE Consultant/Adviser, updating HSE documents, supporting tendering teams, and training HSE personnel. He ensures compliance with corporate HSE guidelines and conducts safety audits and risk assessments. Previously, he was an HSE Consultant/Adviser at Leenok Industries Nigeria Ltd, where he developed HSE policies and conducted training programs.
As Assistant General Manager - HSE at Bond Global Energy Projects Limited, Chidochiri secured OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification and managed HSE audits and compliance. At LK & Associates Group, he implemented the group's safety management system and maintained regulatory relations. At Caverton Helicopters Limited, he coordinated HSE compliance for helicopter and fixed-wing services.
Chidochiri began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited, monitoring audit engagements and ensuring compliance with engagement procedures.
He holds an MSc in Environmental Engineering & Sustainable Infrastructure from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, and a BSc in Construction Management from Abia State University, Nigeria. He is NEBOSH certified and a member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) and the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). His certifications include British Safety Council, ABIOSH International Technical Certificate in Jetty Terminal Operational Safety (IJET), and ISO Lead Auditor for various standards, including ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015.
Chidochiri has many years of experience in safety management system implementation and administration, with a career background that covers HSE advisory, environmental management, project management, and office administration. He has presented at numerous industry conferences and continues to enhance safety standards at MSM Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited.
